We would like to hold a IRC chat meeting on the topic of Marketing Open For
Business. There has been a lot of discussion lately on how we can all work
together to expand the OFBiz user base. The goal of this meeting will be to
brain storm on how we can get the word out, and what each of us can do to
help.

Some suggestions already are:

1) Tell all your friends!
2) Place a link (w/ logo) to OFBiz off your company and home pages
3) Advertise OFBiz in email signatures
4) Find forums/lists to mention OFBiz

In addition to discussing other ideas for future marketing, we would also
like to hear about what other people are doing in this area and if there is
anything David and myself can do to help.

We will also be taking suggestions and voting on a slogan which can be used
in advertising and email signatures. Some ideas will be discussed during the
meeting, and voting will be held on the mailing list so people who cannot
attend the chat can still have a voice.

We ask everyone who can spare the time to attend, we hope it can be very
beneficial for all of us.
