[OFBiz] Dev - Create New Party Detail<-- Vendor(supplier)

Thanks for working on this - we need a vendor service also. A couple of 
thoughts based upon our existing AP/Inventory software:

1. Multiple vendors per inventory item, with a default vendor specified
2. Vendor payment terms
3. Have a buyer associated with a vendor
