[OFBiz] Dev - DinamicTable - JavaScript

I've forgot to mention:

   At this stage, it's working only with mozilla based browsers!
With M$ Internet Explorer version >= 6.0 adding and removing rows should work
fine. I know there is a bug when editing rows, but I'm working on this right
now.

   And, please, take a look at 01.html source. There you will be able to see how
I intend to render this table from FormWidgets.
