[OFBiz] Dev - Modified GeneralChartOfAccounts.xml file

David,

I had to modify the GeneralChartOfAccounts.xml to import the data into the
accounting module.  There were some incorrect account types.  I also found
some accound IDs formatted as "-XXXXXX-".  This format didn't seem
consistent with the other IDs so I removed the "-" characters.

Also, there were some accounts at the end of the file that I commented out
because of missing glAccountClassId or glResourceTypeId.

Let me know if I missed something.
