[OFBiz] Dev - Modified GeneralChartOfAccounts.xml file

Brett,

The account numbers in the "-XXXXXX-" form are accounts that are  
reversed, ie INCOME instead of EXPENSE, etc. I started over with the  
file and went through and fixed all of these (though we still need an  
accountant to review this at some point), and I did the search/replace  
for all of the invalid glAccountTypeIds and added the missing  
glAccountClassId, etc after looking at the changes you made to get a  
head start...

Anyway, it's all cleaned up now and imports fine. The changes are in  
CVS.
