[OFBiz] Dev - Modified GeneralChartOfAccounts.xml file

Adrian,

Of course we don't do it that way, that's not what I was referring to.  
For verification, you should take a look at the entity definitions or  
even this seed data file that we are referring to. Certain accounts  
were originally put in that way by our tech writer who did all of the  
data entry for these 354 accounts because he wasn't sure what to do  
with them, and I was in another country.

I anyone has any feedback on the chart of accounts, or access to an  
accountant who could spend some time reviewing it that would be great.  
It is based on the ABA standard chart of accounts, but there are still  
some issues or things that we aren't totally sure about.
