[OFBiz] Dev - License and tags

We use @version and $Revision$ not $Version$, I actually didn't even 
know about $Version$. Since the discussion was on OFBiz source files 
you had it reversed. You said we used @revision $Version$ when actually 
we use @version $Revision$. Just clarifying the confusion if there was 
any.
