[OFBiz] Dev - License and tags

I would like that very much. But lets hold off just a little while on 
this. We are planning a move to Subversion soon and I'm not quite sure 
if the $Revision$ tag ports over; nor am I sure if the $Id$ tag will 
port when it has been expanded.

I think subversion and cvs expand these keywords differently, but I 
need to do some more testing before I know for sure. I do know that the 
documentation speaks of $Rev$ rather than $Revision$, but I am not 
quite sure if cvs2svn will handle this or not.

Lets figure out if they will migrate first, if not we will want to 
update all files with proper subversion tags.
