[OFBiz] Dev - positioning within a displayed screen

Is it possible to position a screen at an anchor location via an 
application call? In a content call, I thought it was something like, 
"request_name#inner_name?param1=....". Do I have that wrong? When I use 
that in a webapp call, the whole parameter map is lost.

There must be a content header value that needs to be set, right?

Anyone have any suggestions?
