[OFBiz] Dev - Parties and Contacts

Hi Adrian,

What we did was:

1) Create a (Dealer == Company?) as a Party Group eg.  Party ID == 10000
2) Create Contact as a Person e.g Party ID = 10001
3) Add "Employee" Role to Person (Contact)
4) Make Person an Employee of Party ID in "Relationships" by making 
Party ID 10001 in role "Employee" an "Employee" of Party 10000

I have no clue whether this is the right way to do it, sure seemed the 
most logical.
