[OFBiz] Dev - getting started Guide on making your own component (from end to end)

Jim,

We are working as fast as we can to get the Undersun OFBiz documentation 
site up. When it is functional we would be happy to work with you on 
making such a document part of it. If you want to go ahead and start a 
document skeleton, we will work with you to finish it and include it on 
the site. Compensation will be in some form of access to the site. Same 
goes for others who want to write *quality* content.
