[OFBiz] Dev -Document conversion (was Undersun OFBiz documentation)

Marcelo,

You raise another interesting question regarding document conversion. 
Obviously, we are not going to write document conversion routines. There 
have to be open source solutions out there. Anyone want to share what 
they have thought about or used?

David suggested that we look at some open source packages and see how 
they do it.

I have thought about running OpenOffice in a headless mode and use that 
open source project (can't remember the name right now) for remotely 
running scripts to open documents and save them in another format.

Any other ideas?
