[OFBiz] Dev -Document conversion (was Undersun OFBiz documentation)

Make a Java interface that represents a generic conversion service. 
Implementors can flesh out each doc type.

The conversion software doesn't have to be open source. An implementor 
could purchase commercial conversion software and just fashion a custom 
OFBiz conversion service (using the interface mentioned above) to call it.
