[OFBiz] Dev - appbar.ftl question

org.ofbiz.base.component.ComponentConfig.WebAppinfo has a boolean 
property appBarDisplay - which I'm assuming would be used to control the 
Application Bar's display. The property is not checked in appbar.ftl - 
so it seems as though the property isn't being used.

Am I right in assuming the appBarDisplay property is supposed to control 
whether or not the webapp appears in the row of tabs?
