[OFBiz] Dev - Tigra Calendar Popup

I am the culprit who put that stuff in calendar1.js. I was worried about
lots of things breaking when there was a new js file to be included. Of
course, that is going to happen anyway. I will take a look and see if
there are more than one file required for the "other" stuff and I will
look for ways minimize the breakage, though I am thinking the effect
will be significant.
