[OFBiz] Dev - Content Component Question

I'm working on the UI Refactor in the Content Component 
(http://jira.undersunconsulting.com/browse/OFBIZ-174).

I want to set up JPublish to use a common envsetup.bsh script and 
main.ftl file. These files would be shared by all components that still 
use JPublish. Where should I put the script and ftl file? I'm thinking 
framework/common/webcommon, but I wanted to check and be sure.
