***Mods to the entity definitions and seed data***

rev4827:
Added roleTypeId to PartyFixedAssetAssignment

rev4833:
Added statusId to the Quote entity.
Added StatusItem entries for quotes to seed data.

rev4836:
Defined relation from OrderItem to QuoteItem

***Mods to the ui***

The catalog application has been completely migrated to the screen
(thanks to David for this).
The ecommerce application has been (completely?) migrated to use
CSS-formatting (thanks to David for this).
The order entry pages (similar to the ecommerce pages) have been
synchronized with the ecommerce ones.

***Mods to business processes***

Started the implementation of the quote-to-order process:
- in the left side bar of the order entry mainpage there is a new link
to go to the new "find quotes" page; there you can search and select a
quote (only quotes in 'approved' status are shown)
- once selected all the quote's items are added to the cart.
- when an order is created for a quote the quote status is changed to
'ordered'
- the quote linked to an order item is shown in the order detail page
