[OFBiz] Dev - language properties files......

Hi David,

i saw in version 4263 you added the handling of multi-layer resource
bundles. Thank you! Can you give me an example where it is used so i can
see how it works? 
I would like to use this feature makes life so much easier and we can
clean up the language files....
