[OFBiz] Dev - GL Accounts

The chart of accounts in the demo data was taken from a book seller - so 
it had more information than necessary.

The link I posted was in response to a request for a simpler "generic" 
chart of accounts that could be bundled with OFBiz, then added onto by 
components that require more detail.
