i am using jdk 1.4.03 on a Windows 2003 server and i downloaded ofBiz from
java.net section releases.
Does it also exist a full build from another page?

I start reading the Wiki page, but it seems that there is no complete
documentation and also no beginners guide.

Hi there,

You are probably best off starting with the embedded db and built in
server to get started.  What is your operating system?  What version of
the JDK are you using?  Are you using the full build from SF or an interim
cvs?  There is documentation on the wiki which you can get to from the
main ofbiz site.  Once you have got it working then you can work on the
mysql stuff.  I don't know if that is a db that works with this system but
search the mailing list for discussions (there have been many).  I use
Postgres 7.4.2 which works well and others have got this going with Oracle
and SAPdb.
