I *think* that I have got to the bottom of the delivery address problem.
This issue (where the delivery options dissapear to be replaced by a
'default' delivery option) occurs when the address of the customer or
individual is the same as the address of the store. I had set up a number
of 'telesales' accounts for use by the callcentre (as I haven't had much
luck with the order screens of late) and these had their address set to be
the same as the store. I wasn't getting this anywhere else from our other
customers and so I guess that this is the problem. I will try and confirm
this in due course.
Thanks for your help on this David. I will be trying to sort out the
order screen for use in the call centre next I think (as it's very useful
to have customer orders go to their specific accounts rather than a big,
generic one) and will let you know how I get on.
