[OFBiz] Users - access denied trough http-proxy

thanks for the advice. it was a misconfiguration of our proxy.
http-access was possible for on every port above 1024 (so port 8080
worked), but some additional configuration was needed for https-ports.
after opening port 8443 for ssl obiz works fine through our proxy.
