[OFBiz] Users - Can Not ApplyFeatureToProduct

Hi All,
 
Ont the Wiki page http://ofbizwiki.go-integral.com/Wiki.jsp?page=UsingVirtualAndVariantProducts there is a description for creating Virtual packages. I have not been able to add features to suit_set using any of the methods Features page.
 
Add Product Feature From Category:
Select Widget features > Select Balck and Silver feature > apply

Add Product Feature with Type and ID Code:
Enter - 
Feature type Color 
CodeId 9000
>From TodaysDate
Sequence 1
Select Add
 
OFBiz Success "The action was performed successfully."  However the feature is not associated with the product. It does not appear in the fearture list.
 
Add Product Feature with ID:
Enter
ID: 9000
>From TodaysDate
Sequence 1
Select Add
 
OFBiz error
