[OFBiz] Users - Oracle AutoCommit Problem at OFBiz Startup

Hi all,
 
I  have a problem with an Oracle database/ofbiz environment
At startup I have the following error :" Unable to esablish a connection
with the database... Error was:java.sql.SQLException: Cannot set
AutoCommit for a transactional connection: See JDBC 2.0 Optional Package
Specification section 7.1 (p25)"
I tried to use the standard JDBC from oracle but it does not work
because there is "CLOB" problem
Can any one help me
 
OFBiz reported the following:
