[OFBiz] Users - SetUp on Mac OS X

The kind where I'm a java idiot :)  All I had to do was enter the "java 
-jar ofbiz.jar" into Terminal and all is working fine now (did not need 
to do the SVN build).  I'll keep playing and see what else I might come 
up with.
