[OFBiz] Users - More Form and Menu Widget Questions

I have a couple questions regarding the form and menu widgets that I
can't seem to find answers to:

 

Menu Widget

Given the following menu-item, 

                  <menu-item name="test" title="test" tooltip="click
here to test" disable-if-empty="variableFromContext"
disabled-title-style="insideHeaderDisabled"><link id="test"
target="/test"/></menu-item>

 

1.        The disable-if-empty attribute doesn't seem to do anything, or
I'm not using it properly.  I'm trying to disable the hyperlink based on
a variable in the context.

2.        The tooltip doesn't display my text when hovering over the
link.  Is this not implemented yet or am I misunderstanding its purpose?

 

Form Widget

Is there a way to get a submit button directly next to an input field?
I've played with the position and separate-column attributes, but
haven't had any luck.
