[OFBiz] Users - About OFBiz Dev Tools

Hi All,
	I found GenDoc http://gendiapo.sourceforge.net  is useful for the widgets development,and I also konw the FreeMarker plug-in for Eclipse. but I'm fresh to other technique in OFBiz .Any one can tell me some useful tools to make our life easier in OFBiz-Based develop? (some tools for XML dev,BSH dev and so on...)
