[OFBiz] Users - use jsvc to run as service problem

hi, lately i try to install ofbiz with jsvc combined
in order to run as service, from which i read in
http://ofbizwiki.go-integral.com/Wiki.jsp?page=ChangingPortsFrom8080To80.
but i encounter a problem, of which seems someone had
suffered before but i do not find the answer.
i use centos 4.x; gcc 3.4.3; make 3.80; ofbiz 3.0;
jsvc 1.0 (build from source).
the error it issues is "syscall failed in set_caps."
when running script "./jsvc -pidfile ofbiz.pid -user
user_on_system -debug -cp
/path/to/tools.jar:commons-daemon.jar:ofbiz.jar
org.ofbiz.base.start.Start".
how can i solve it? i appreciate any suggestion,
