this remember me of some thing that 
the length of constrain-name in DB28.1 should be less the 18
but some constrain-name of OFBiz is to long ( in OFBiz 2.1)

Is it also shorten in the curr svn version?

I went ahead and fixed it. The only way it could work is using HSQLDB 
or something that doesn't check lengths, or a modified database I 
guess.

It's simple enough that it's not a big deal. I searched globally for 
that ID and didn't find it used anywhere, so I just made the change.
