[OFBiz] Users - (newbie) OFBIZ 3.0 POS

Have you run "ant run-install"? In general you might want to check out
the Basic Production Setup Guide. There's a link to it on the Docs &
Books page of the ofbiz.org site, and actually on the home page of
ofbiz.org as well.
