[OFBiz] Users - Error loading model OFBiz

Actually, once  I used to have the running and stable release 3.0
download directly from internet. I mean I tryed for a month the 3.0
release so I decided to delete the application and re-extract from the
dowloaded package. After this, the error started to happen.
