[OFBiz] Users - Re: Automatic native2ascii in Eclipse

I asked also the author if we may have parameters to keep blank lines and to
have choice between uppercase an lowercase in \uxxxx values.

Theses changes would help me a lot to keep an easy track on changes, I hope
he will agree...

I add also this remark temporarily in the wiki
