[OFBiz] Users - Error Starting Ofbiz -- Cannot init() jotm-container

Hi! Jacopo,
 Well I didn't try to! Actually I din't get a chance to do that. I don't 
want to remove 1.5 from my workstation and didnt had other workstation free. 
My programmers are on a project delivery schedule. Also I think it is high 
time Ofbiz should start supporting Java 1.5. I myself will be more than 
willing toward this goal. Actually I have already compiled it using
J2SE 1.5and it compiles perfectly except for one error and a few
warnings. But it
will take time for me to totally understand the system and fully begin 
working on it. It would be gr8 if we could make up a community team around 
this task!
 Note: Since you are on Ofbiz development I would like to know how can my 
company begin contributing to Ofbiz. I have 4 programmers efficient with 
Java/J2EE/Eclipse and we have already began with Ofbiz study. I would like 
to know if we make any changes (I had to make one in ShoppingCart.java file 
I'll attatch the patch for now) or addons how should we go about in 
contributing it back to you people.
