[OFBiz] Users - Shipping calc added after order is billed

The subtle difference in words - It should be after the billing information in
entered.

My problem was that I wanted to bill sales orders to the customers billing account.
When payment options screen is rendered, it expects that you enter the amount to be billed
to the billing account & I want the user to know at this point what the grand total 
of the amount is. For now, I've added a script that does the same thing as "getGrandTotal"
in my order entry process flow(shipping info is added before the payment step) 
- is it ok to do this before payment/billing info is entered.

It is coded so that the tax and shipping calculation is not done  
until the shipping and payment/billing information is entered. The  
reason for this is that the shipping and  payment information is  
needed for both tax and shipping calculation.

If that isn't what you meant, let me know...
