[OFBiz] Users - OFBIZ FAQ started

To all willing to do something for the project,
(this it not really meant for the core team and excuse cross-posting this!
Just to make sure everybody knows about it.

Like david said in the OFBIZ versus Spring Thread in the users mailing
list: This discussion and his answer has been given many times.

I think a OFBIZ- FAQ is really overdue and would help to reduce Davids,
Andys and our timeefforts to answer mails with questions that come up
regular.
So we can focus on doing other important things will beginners can start
faster and the user community grows faster.

Here my first contribution. See:

Bestpractice is to number the questions and to have a wiki page for every
question! Name the links FAQxxxx

Please help:
- collect questions  and answers from the lists,
- correct spelling and grammar,
- improve understandability


This is something even beginners can do while getting into OFBIZ!
