[OFBiz] Users - manufacturing rules and requirements

Hi Hans,

Requirements can be for a production run or a purchase order.
When you approve a requirement for a production run, a production run is 
automatically created.
When you approve a requirement for a purchase order, you can see the 
requirement (and possibly add it to the order) during (purchase) order 
entry.

Requirements can be:
- manually created
- created by the MRP process
- automatically created when the qho reaches the minimum stock level 
(set in ProductFacility) (if the requirement method for the product is 
STOCK)
- automatically created when a product is ordered (if the requirement 
method for the product is AUTO)
