[OFBiz] Users - CMS was ->CSS Web tools

first has there been a discussion on the direction of design goals of CMS? 
if so what should I search on to find these in the mailing list/
I am looking at the WYSIWYG part and possible adding a CSS editor.

I am also looking at how to integrate publishing widgets and FTL from the
WYSIWYG.
not a small task but one that is line for what I need.


When a hand task takes more than 8 hours. I look to making it as code
oriented as possible.

I have found a couple of CSS editor that I am checking out.
I am looking for java code of course. because I want to add the browser and
version as a lookup when I click on a CSS element.

I Found the Eclipse has a WEBtools section now and it is geared to the
Complete Structure, including CSS.

I have pulled up the mozilla code for CSS rendering. I find that IE seems to
be more on, than firefox.
