[OFBiz] Users - Accessing static methods from templates.

Hi all,

Does anyone know if it's possible to access static methods from the
survey templates (genericsurvey and genericresponse.ftl) - whenever I
try I get told that Static is undefined.

I've had a good look through all the other template pages, static
methods are being used in the email templates - but not in any of the
survey stuff.
