[OFBiz] Users - data in/export

Good morning,

in order not check with you, i would like to announce that I would like to add 
an data exchange functionality to the accounting module.

Currently i can download the statements from my bank in the MT940 format and i 
would like to import them into the accounting module.

I would like to propose the following:
1. add a dataExchange tab in the accounting application.
2. add a screen which will allow the up/download of files in different formats 
for importing statements and exporting payments to the bank.

please let me know if this is the right approach and if this is a good idea.
