[OFBiz] Users - catalog controler.xml

Go to http://jira.undersunconsulting.com. In the login box, there should 
be a link to "Signup for an account." After you sign up for an account, 
you can login and then use the "Create New Issue" link at the top, next 
to "Home," "Browse Project," and "Find Issues."

This is really helpful for putting your issues and patches in one place 
and allow others to review them.
