[OFBiz] Users - how to use SOAP engine

There is some information in the Thailand series about web services,  
though keep in mind that this is fairly high level and isn't meant to  
replace a good knowledge of web services, and whatever tool you  
prefer to use as a client or server wrapper for them (Apache Axis is  
used in OFBiz). So, if you're just getting started with web services,  
don't try to do that through OFBiz, do it through the dozens of books  
and tools available that are meant to meet that specific need...
