[OFBiz] Users - POS: No productStoreId set on facility

Part of the setup for the POS is to have a Facility that is used for
inventory and represents the physical store as well (can have
address, phone number, etc). That Facility needs to point to the
ProductStore that has all of the settings necessary for the commerce
part to run, like tax, inventory control settings, etc, etc.
