[OFBiz] Users - general suggestion on patch submissions to JIRA

Hi everybody -

Chris Farley's email this morning made me think of this.  I thought I'd 
just post it as a suggestion:

If you're submitting a patch to JIRA, please consider making as small 
and as easy to review as possible.  This means
1.  Add comments to tell us why you are doing things a certain way and
2.  If your patch fixes several things or introduces several new 
features, please break it up into several different patches.

Otherwise it may take longer for someone to understand your patch and 
give you feedback.
