[OFBiz] Users - how to show all webapps available?

Hi everybody.

In the old days, with jetty, doing an "http://localhost:8080/" would get 
an "Error 404" which actually showed a list of all the webapps in OFBiz 
- catalog, facility, ordermgr, partymgr, etc. etc.  This was pretty useful.

Now it no longer does that.  Is there a way to configure this?
