[OFBiz] Users - About hot-deploy dir

Components in the hot-deploy are loaded in the very end.

Does it mean that if I have modified OfBiz source code(java & simple-method files),
in the hot-deploy dir, they'll override any previous instances coming from the applications dir

Ex: Say I copy the some OfBiz java source apply my mods & add it to hot-deploy, the class files from 
hot-deploy will be the ones used...

Will be exciting if it does
