[OFBiz] Users - Apache front end ajp13 connector 127.0.0.1:8009 13 permission denied

OK, I just found it

I'm not really sure on the security implications this has on the machine but
if you set the httpd_can_network_connect boolean to true it works. Yay!!!

to set the boolean permanently so it works when the machine is rebooted
execute this command

> setsebool -P httpd_can_network_connect=1
